(Noun) A process by which qualitative data (comments) is used to correct quantified (scores) data in surveying.Usage: Survey calibration is a process that corrects survey repsonse errors using coments captured during the survey process. This correction process improves data quality and subsequent report. Survey calibration is a critical component in creating accontabilities for survey results.
